Who we are

SingleBet operates the website singlebet.net, a football odds comparison service. If you have any question about this policy or about the data we hold, write to privacy@singlebet.net.

What we collect

• Server logs. Like every website, our server records the pages requested, the time of the request, the referring page, your browser type and your IP address. These logs help us keep the site fast and detect abuse.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It runs in Google’s consent mode: until you press Accept on the cookie banner it sets no cookie and only sends anonymous, non-identifying signals. If you accept, it stores a cookie named _ga on your device for up to two years containing a random identifier, and records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your device type and how you arrived. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising profiles.
• Email address. Only if you choose to subscribe to a newsletter or contact us. We use it for the purpose you gave it for, and nothing else.

We do not ask for, and have no need of, your name, address, payment details or any betting account information. We never see what you bet or how much.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookie on this site is the Google Analytics _ga cookie described above, and it is set only if you accept it. We store your choice itself in your browser’s local storage under the key sb_consent so we do not have to ask on every page; that stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser. Declining changes nothing about how the site works — the odds, scores and track record are all still available.

Links to bookmakers

Our pages link to bookmakers' own websites. Once you follow such a link, that company's privacy policy applies, not ours, and we have no control over what they collect. Some of these links may be commercial arrangements that earn us a commission if you open an account; this never changes which price we display as the best available.

Why we are allowed to hold this data

We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Analytics is processed only with your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time. We process an email address only with your consent, which you can withdraw using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify anyone may be kept indefinitely.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), which may transfer it outside your country under its standard contractual clauses; see Google’s own privacy policy for details. We also use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to privacy@singlebet.net and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to that authority.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a content security policy and the usual protective headers. Administrative access is password-protected and never indexed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the little data we hold. To report a security problem, write to security@singlebet.net.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
